Sri Bala-Krishna Charitable Trust is dedicated to improving the lives of underprivileged children and young adults. Our Trust envisions a world where nutritious meal, education, healthcare and other necessities are accessible to everyone. At the age where one should be learning the alphabets and playing in the sand, we often witness these innocent souls undertaking manual labour to support their existence. Our Trust aims to put an end to this injustice by providing free meals, sound education and an environment of love and support.
It is our goal to empower children to make their own choice and not let socio-economic constraints diminish their aspirations.
Nutritious Meal and Clean Water
Malnutrition is one of the major causes of death among the poor and the marginalized . We work relentlessly to improve this situation by providing free nutrient-rich, delicious meal and clean drinking water at the Trust’s premises regularly.
Empowerment through Education
The lack of good education is another contributor towards poor living conditions. We help them out by using your generous donations to pay the school fees. We also provide stationery, school uniforms, bags as well as comfortable footwear. In addition , we plan to distribute textbooks at Government schools.
Accessible Healthcare
The Trust makes a visit to the doctor’s office accessible and, most importantly, free. We request doctors (General Practitioners/Specialists) to visit our premises to provide free consultations. We buy the the prescribed medications and thus ensure everyone gets quality healthcare.
Vocational Education and Training
One of the objectives of our Trust is to offer vocational education and formal training for young adults. We believe such skills will enable them to improve their lives, paving the way for a world with equal opportunities from basic communication skills to commercial and industrial skills, we aspire to empower individuals with the knowledge to thrive in a modern workplace. In addition to providing education, we can also offer assembly jobs for semi-skilled people
